37 노아의 때와 같이 인자의 오심도 그러할 것이다.

37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 홍수 이전의 날들에 사람들이 먹고 마시며 장가가고 시집가기를 노아가 방주에 들어가던 날까지 계속하였다.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 홍수가 와서 그들을 모두 휩쓸어 갈 때까지 그들은 깨닫지 못하였다. 인자의 오심도 이와 같을 것이다.

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40 그때 두 사람이 밭에 있을 것인데, 한 사람은 데려감을 당하고 한 사람은 남겨질 것이다.

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

41 두 여자가 맷돌질을 하고 있을 것인데, 한 사람은 데려감을 당하고 한 사람은 남겨질 것이다.

41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

42 그러므로 깨어 있으라. 너희 주께서 어느 때에 오실지 너희가 알지 못하기 때문이다.

42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

43 이것을 알아 두라. 집주인이 도둑이 어느 때에 올지 알았다면 깨어 있어서 자기 집이 뚫리는 것을 허락하지 않았을 것이다.

43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

44 그러므로 너희도 준비하고 있으라. 너희가 생각하지 않은 때에 인자가 올 것이기 때문이다.

44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
